Deepest Sympathy to the Burnstad Family

Camrose Minor Hockey Association extends our deepest sympathies to the Burnstad family on the passing of their beloved son and brother, Beckett.

Over the years, the Burnstad family has been a constant and valued supporter of CMHA and its teams. Josh has coached many of our young players, Kai and Adleigh have proudly represented the Vikings and Wildcats, and Becca has helped organize the Take a Shot - Give Back Challenge, along with many other initiatives that have strengthened our hockey community.

Throughout it all, Beckett was always a fixture at the rink — cheering on his siblings and their teams, and bringing smiles to the faces of everyone he encountered. His presence will be deeply missed and can never be replaced.

This past weekend, several teams paid tribute to Beckett by writing his name on their sticks or wearing green tape. We invite those teams to take a moment to post their photos in the comments below, so we can collectively show the Burnstad family our love and support.

As we head into the Christmas break, please keep the Burnstad family in your thoughts and prayers.
